About Amit
I study how companies work—and how AI changes the system.
I'm Amit Boker, a builder, product thinker and co-founder of Cnaan. I work across company building, revenue systems and applied AI.
I'm interested in the operating system underneath a company: the data, ownership and workflows that determine whether people and technology can perform.
From automations to systems.
I started by building software, automations and AI workflows inside real businesses. The work made one thing clear: the agent is rarely the whole solution.
The hard problems live underneath it—fragmented data, unclear ownership and systems that were never designed to learn.
That shifted my focus from isolated automations to complete revenue systems.
What I believe
A few principles that shape my work.
- 01
Business outcome before technology.
A useful system begins with a real commercial problem, not a model or tool looking for a use case.
- 02
Infrastructure before autonomy.
Agents can only be as reliable as the data, permissions, workflows and feedback loops beneath them.
- 03
Evidence before certainty.
I distinguish between what we know, what we observed and what we are still testing.
- 04
Build small. Learn fast. Compound.
The goal is not more custom work. It is reusable knowledge and systems that become more valuable over time.

Cnaan
Cnaan develops agentic sales infrastructure for sales-driven companies. It is where much of this research meets reality—and where reality gets to challenge the research.
